How many out there still having log in issues

    Hey so i was able to log in for a few hours after reroll but now after for the past three days im still getting the "unknown error please contact us for details" message and i am unable to log in. Any one else having this issue? Note: its not a phone issue my software is perfectly up to date and capable of running toram, ive tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, everything else i can think of. I have been playing for years and I am registered on Asobimo.

    Cant say I've had the same issue if you started during December that might be what's causing it. But hey that's just a theory, a toram theory.

    Yea im pretty stumped and hoping it will be restored on the 28th, keep me posted if you find a solution and ill do the same :)

    You're not the only one. Also have the same problem. Thought everyone was having a log in errror until I made a new acc only to find out it was just my acc and apparently everyone was getting their avatars back after the setbacks....

    We're probably one of the rare cases among the majority of the players :/

    Sadly our accounts probably don't exist anymore or we just gotta wait and hope for the best. Really sucks cause I was just on my main when the servers went back up. Now I have an unknown error and I can't even get my avatars back or lvl back up.

    Yeah I'm having the same issue after roll back logged in for a few hours went off now unknown error all over again smh

    Have you guys tried using a vpn before logging in? There are lots of free ones out there

    just tried vpn and changing language on device, sadly same "unknown error cannot connect to server please contact us for details". I contacted support when it happened maybe they'll answer
