CHAPTER 8: the remaining thrones in the shrine|explanation

This thread is about explaining the story and significance of characters, settings and plotlines from this chapter. If there is any other topics you want to explain based on this chapter feel free to do so. My reasoning for this thread is because I was wondering about the significance of my character stopping at the green floor and being cautious at first passing through it. I feel like there may have been something I missed in an earlier quest that relates to the significance of this in the story. This is my main goal, but feel free to add other things about the gods, the characters, etc. That relate to this chapter.

 

Maybe you can understand more if you played Iruna before because a certain map and a certain boss from that game make their reappearance in Toram in this latest story chapter. I myself never played Iruna so I cannot say much.

Almas is the god of light he is like the father of all.He had aspect of a man of 80s with a staff but seems he died.

I think seele zauga was already bad from begining i dont remember that mq of iruna gave any reason also Specia was alive teorically when seele was mean becuz you could fight her in the Tower of gods.I dont remember they said specia to suicide cuz of god fighting each other. But you find seele zauga on good ver right before you can visit Specia in Noiverre (Noiverre is like a realm of other dimension more like valhalla for brave souls and such instead of normal people that go to dark realm were dunkelis)

Moving further back to when we needed to seal Nurethoth, was there a God nearby in Ethos Fortress who gave the final enhancement to our... what was it called again? Sorcery Gem? Premier Gem? I forget.

 

I think it's that shady adventurer, I mean he's in the fortress for no reason, used the detox gem uniquely (according to the monolog), and know about the sorcery gem even when we haven't say a word about it

 

Honestly though, can we get to Eldanbaum already? The game has been teasing us since chapter 4, and at this point I think that this is where all the bad things that are not good grow from

From what Seele said, it seems that the portal to the next map will take us to Eldenbaum. 1 more month of waiting.. Sigh.

 

I won't be surprised anymore if Venena had massive growth by the time we reached Eldenbaum. I cannot wait to see Aunty Venena glaring at me with her sadistic eyes. And she will say, "This is not even my final form."

 

Speaking of Venena..
After we beat her, Balft or Pelulu said that she flew away to Eldenbaum. Seele said that the evil existence is in Eldenbaum. I guess this evil existence is indeed Coenubia, and Venena is the manifestation of this evil energy (like Sianas in Iruna).

Now we need to find the Evil and destroy it which made all the Gods MIA but not MIA. If they truly MIA, the world will be in discord. Natural Disasters.
(I like to joke that it is probably why the game crashed for so long HAHA! IRL Immersion well played Assobimbo )

 

Speaking of Balft, where is he? The last cutscene in Hora hinting that he will become our buddy but... nope

I get if he needs to say goodbye to Triet before leaving but this has been gone for too long

Also the evil presence has been in Eldanbaum before Venena went there right?

 

Seeing as this is the season of rollbacks, i last left Balft in the Noeliel Castle back in December. I think he still stuck there.

 

U mean Balsette? Probably he's one of the missing gods XD

 

Or he could be the son of Almas, and Almas could have already been dead.

 

After defeating Venena, we and pelulu are the only one reporting to King Elbayes. Balft went separately somewhere offscreen.

 

Specia is reborn as higher order being. And it ald happened in Iruna timeline

 

All we know is he can fix premier gem that even pino cant fix, so his rank must be above pino as god, but if we say he's the new chief boss, then he kinda weak tbh, beaten by gob roga XD

 

Well if we assume so, it maybe because chief god is not god of war, and also maybe because he lost most of his power.

 

Yup definitely not god of war, but keep in mind that his presence already being detected and pino can feel it, while almas or his replacement presence is the one that couldnt be detected yet XD, i remember on akaku arc the town leader said the chief god came there after cataclysm and then he went poof somewhere, so probably that mysterious always under consturction map at gravel terrace is the answer regarding almas whereabout in future updates to come XD

 

Flammel was a male god of Fire. And let's not forget Cheetos, God of Snackage.

I think our blue-haired elf friend from Ethos Fortress is possibly Oritius' son. Or Sofys is alive and kicking and decided after being freed from her duties as Goddess she will live out her dream as a bro and see how the peons live. And is kicking it in Ethos to see what the heck is going on with that crazy Space Rock God. She's gotta protect her babu Pino after all.
