Skill Rebalance thoughts?

Of course the one that uses the phrase 'for the memes' can only find toxic ways to entertain itself. sad sad life.

Dragon Tooth isn't on the list. It's Dragon Tail that is getting a balance

 

My 1H+MD doesn't use both Impact and Decoy (this saves a lot of SP lol)

There are plenty of other combos which are stronger than regular Impact > DPS(Smite). And this can be applied on EVERY class. You just need to get creative about it. I realized this when looking at D. Song's 1H+Shield build on Youtube.

Example :

Impact > Meteor(Smite) > [Close]
500 MP, 150% Meteor damage

Buster > Berserk(Save) > Meteor (Smite) > [Close]
400 MP, 100% Buster + 90% Meteor damage
I'd say the damage is somewhere above 200% Buster, which I'd also say, this combo deals more damage than 150% Meteor, PLUS cost less than the 1st combo

 

I play without decoy or impact just fine the rest of you just plain suck. Not sorry.

Why even nerf decoy, does dual sword is the one they have in mind? Have you ever played tank without decoy on high difficulty? No you dont, everyone one mention "put decoy, impact>dps>closer" yup.

That being said, i'm glad they will rework magic skill tree. Finale are so inferior nowdays, 3sec cast without move excluding the mp charge is like playing on hell. Try at mardula for instance, mardula have ball lightning thing that will deal so much damage while every mage will stand on their feet and casting magic like nothing happed, and they died. Impact limited on staff and md is what this game need, physical dps need to struggle more.

 

If finale doesn't work, cast storm and prorate. People are losing some creativity and sense with a mindset "tier 4" is everything. Better do decent damage than casting finale and when it fails, a deadweight without doing anything to help the party and lie on the ground begging/waiting to be revived.

 

i did play tank without decoy its fine and also im im the first tank who put decoy on tank got video on that.

this is back in the days where combo tank is still a thing and no one believed ampr tank will be broken.

everything is gonna be fine without decoy. they just need to put more effort in their builds thats it

 

People have some perspective so i hope you wont get mad, here is the deal. Even with decent build with all 2 slot, finale still inferior than 1slotted physical spam type, mentioning storm would not be counted even as a skill. I like my char to appear on the rank list, but that is just my opinion. Mage with 2 slot could't deal average damage consider both magic and physical player was a decent one. Mage is so inferioir nowdays, and this is coming from a main mage user.

 

I tried to play 1h tank on mom fluck, i know its an anti-mele bosses. But decoy does really help make up for it. Diff boss diff tank? I don't think that's the point, i love my char to do every bosses.

im sorry my tank was super flexilble it has power wave that i dont need to worry about anti melee boss. why not bg tank for range? why powerwave? becausw BG tank doesnt have 100% all interrupts and power wave knux has it. are you the guy commenting in my youtube? bro you better check first before you yap youre already a yr late.

 

tank is my main and im kinda playing it for almost 3 years without decoy even tho sometimes with no gears, no avatars, with 300mp, and most of all "no mental stats" just for gags . its just a question of "do you really know how to play tank?"

 

It's okay, I understand and I don't unnecessarily get mad but I'm just stating the truth where people only care tier 4 is the best and must be used always like "do or die". I am also a mage user and if I find it hard to cast finale on a certain boss then I switched to storm or javellin to help prorate while doing decent damage and use burst instead.

Just like you said, people has different perspectives and playstyle. Also if I can't contest attacker rank then I'll try stealing support rank by spamming warcry(My mage is kinda support build) which is the best skill on stealing support rank if I feel like to get a rank that is, which seldom happens.

I just find it foolish(sorry about this) to force something that is hard or impossible to do when a situation arises like casting finale even when the boss is a nightmare for finale spammers and keep being tumbled every cast.

 

Ill just let the picture speaks for itself and my line friends can always digg it up. Thats when the hype was with fu + shell break and a time you never even think making a tank

On the subject of rebalance + decoy, on top of NO updates/love to brawlers, nerf to decoy would particular hurt the fun spammy dps brawler builds which is a bit of a shame. Out of many other classes, they need the extra ampr from decoy the most (because chakra just sucks and shell break isn't reliable lol)
