Can’t login

Hello!~
So my problem is that whenever I try to open the game, I get a message saying “Failed to connect to the server, Please contact us for more details” I have been having this problem for about a whole week now. I download this game, and I can’t even “log in”. I’ve sent an inquiry about the issue but received no emails back. Can anyone help me?

 

try playing on Japanese server if u didnt make char yet just change ur phone lang into jap then download and open the game once u reach tutorial change ur phone lang back to english or whatever and u can play game in ur language not in japan

 

R u sure the language of the phone will change it? Also im using iphone

Edit: Ok, so I’ve tried changing the language to japan, but it opened a window, got no idea what it said, then the failed to connect tab again, and game closed. I’ve tried changing the region too, but still nothing.

 

did u reinstall the game ? also try searching in youtube about this there r a lot of youtubers did that already search for "how to make Japanese account toram online" or something

 

Should I really be trying to play in a japan server? I mean, I’m in Europe.

 

there r 3 international servers and 1 english if u log in with English language that English one is pretty dead and u wont find parties so everyone goes to 1st international server but if u log in with japanese langauge u will find 2 jp servers and 3 same international servers so i dont think its a big problem

 

people in the japanese server only talk japanese. many don't even know english, and even if they do, they have completely different manners and culture compared to the international servers and may see you as rude and unfriendly.
if you don't know the japanese language and politeness, don't go there. there is no benefit, as all servers have the same game content and get updated at the same time.

regarding the login problem, try again at differet times of day, and maybe with without wifi if it doesn't work.
recently i had some 'fluctuations' with my wifi and it would cause the game to freeze in the middle of a loading screen when changing maps. this didn't happen with mobile data connection, even though it fluctuates more.

since everyone always goes to the int1 server, it is often very crowded or full. a full server prevents any logins. it should display a different message then, but the function that transfers your character to another server before logging in takes some time to load and a bad connection will result in this error.

 

Maybe another iOS connection problem again.
