ID 70242 Suspension (finally got a reply)

So after waiting almost a month i finally got a reply about my violation that caused me to permanently get banned. And ill try to screen shot the email... And didnt work ok ill just copy paste.

We have confirmed your action that's against "Toram Online" Terms of Use, and have
applied the following restrictions.

- Name: ShiroNai

> Violation
- Damage, disable or disrupt servers, network systems, or services provided by
ASOBIMO and third parties or the operation of Application.

> Penalties Applied from 2019/09/06:
- Level 7: Permanent suspension of application usage.

My newest problem is.. I have no idea what that violation means, does it mean i somehow disrubted the servers by doing something im not aware of? I can only remember Spamming in shout over and over again in INT 1 about my merchandise

Next time you play toram:
1. Do not use swiftkey
2. Use other phone which doesn't have dual apps built-in by default.

No matter how clear your explanation to asobimo, they won't bother understanding gaijin's language.

This, or asobimo was the one who didn't know what they were doing.

 

Even if it was swiftkey or me owning a dual app that i rarely use just to keep storage of event items.

It doesnt explain how i ended up disturbing/damaging servers or networks

spamming the chat by pasting from the clipboard shouldn't be possible, since you cannot send the same content more than 3 times in a row.

unless you add another character at the end each time to make it different.
this is what the RMT bots do.

probably you got reported as a bot. asobimo cannot scan your device, so they don't see what apps you are or are not using. they just observe your in-game activity. and if you acted the same way as those bots, from their perspective you are a botter.

just guessing, though...

 

I don't think spamming shout is a viable reason
Last time i done that (bypassing the 3 same shout limit) i got muted until i restarted Toeram

 

i would add a dot or something or double tap the paste whenever i spammed twice.

and id wait the spam block while multitasking something else on my pc like playing witcher 3.

well i guess im a bot now along with many mercher in the game who does that in the game. On a serious note, you still cant do that because you will be timed out (muted) from the chat instead (cant type anything for atleast 2 mins iirc)

Honestly, that has nothing to do with botting.
According to their announcement on banend players (http://en.toram.jp/information/detail/?information_id=4751), botting and modding are both in a different category. What Asobimo accuses you of doing sounds more like cyber attacks, where you tried to hack them, or send them malicious data. It's possible that there could be other apps or even viruses on your phone injecting malicious data into the packets your phone sends to Toram's servers.

That or causing bugs that affect many users in an area.

That ban reason has nothing to do with cheating in gameplay, but something more "criminal" in nature.

 

My phone doesnt have that, i have no signs of viruses and i bet if i scan with malwarebytes i would get nothing. Im gonna do that now

Have you ever directed your phone's internet traffic through a VPN or something. Maybe it was a datacenter that was used to attack them, and they just banned any account that has ever had any connection with that IP address...

I mean Toram devs are known for being crappy and making mistakes... so they may have mis-identified who the attacker(s) were. I'm pretty sure there definitely are those salty users who will try to attack/hack Toram's servers. Kids these days know how to DoS pretty easily.
