is there a bug with Dancer skill? Nature's wonder

I was looking up this skill and on Nakano's Video. It said that at lvl 10 , this skill would heal 3000hp + 20% max hp.

I got this skill for my tank (has about 40k hp) and it only heal 2-3k hp each time I use.
Is there a bug on this skill or did I misunderstand something about this skill ?

 

the heal is spread to your teammates.

 

omg, thank you. I try solo and It heal 10k now.
So if my teammate is in the green area , my heal get reduce? or it will always reduce even when they are far way.

 

they will only get healed when they are near you, but the heal amount will always be reduced based on the party member count.

 

Wow, didnt know it was based off the party count Toram and it's iffy logic....

 

ah so sad. I often used heal skill to heal 10k hp. I though I can replace it with this one =_=
but it only heal 2800 hp with a party of 4

 

yeah but you can use it easily as a save and it has faster animation than heal.
