    Hello,

Greetings to everyone who viewed this thread. May the gods of RPG bless you.

I am very new here in this game and I need help. My character is a ckatana user and I am currently browsing for guide and tutorials. Need to know about a good stat distribution and skill tree etc. for this class.

Can someone redirect me to link with lots of info regarding this?

    Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. A tip: you shouldn't copy a build completely, just use it as a base. And, since you're new to the game you will need to reach lv.150 to unlock tier 4 skills. So don't worry if you completely f- up the build; it's cannon fodder either way. You will most likely make a 2nd katana char (or choose another class because you noticed that ktn doesn't suit you) and change up your build according to your experiences. For a better understanding of the skills, take a look at this thread .

    Thank you.

I am trying to learn smithing at the moment. As well as learning other combat skills and assist ones.

production requires many skill points, better make another character for a smith, don't push it on your main character.

if combat refers to "battle skills", don't do it yet. battle skills are the weakest, any other passive skill from weapon skill trees is more effective. so don't go into battle skills before learning all the other skills you can get. in this case, the passives from your own skill tree and maybe Godspeed from dual swords.

assist is also tricky. half the skills from that section put a handicap on the caster.
for katana, Recovery is very useful.
you need Mini Heal lv5 to unlock it, raise it to 10 if you want a healing skill. with a DEX build your cspd should be good to use it.

First Aid is a great support, but you need to survive yourself to use it on others. therefore, if you are not a defensive character, it is better to get Play Dead from survival skills instead.
