You mean how he was treated badly in the series or by the writers?
Like, how he was first introduced as this interesting villain with understandable motivations....and then be ruined by turning him into a crazy stalker like ex for Blake even though he was at first portrayed as a simple partner and not lover?
Or how he was seriously nerfed in volume 5 just to make Blake more badass?

I could go on, but yeah...Adam was a cool character that the writers ruined....probably partly for the dumb a$$ Blake/Yang shipping.

 

Just imagine vol7 was a 4some, beyond than bumblebee shipping ...

Probably yeah. I just need to wait a while after cap 200 releases to see how the prices are, then sell all of my stuff, then find a way to get rid of the spani before quitting. Hopefully.

I haven't found a game I enjoyed so much like the Toram 2 or 3 years ago. This game is quite memorable to me. And I have in game friends and guildies too so.. I'm not entirely sure of quitting. However, I know this game doesn't offer you anything much for your endless grind, other than the chance to grind faster. It makes the game boring. They try to add "high difficulty" boss battles, spamming attacks that are complete bs. Events are mostly the same "do/collect something to kill boss". I'm tired of this game, but at the same time I kinda don't want to leave my friends and guildies. But if they quit, I'll most likely quit soon after.

 

Im playing toram due to smooth connection, easier data management and lesser requirements since I started playing it, but with the current update, ive experience multiple game crash, I crash every 5 minutes now, unless they make it user friendly again, I guess I may say yes to the topic title.

 

Ive already quit this game last year, 4000 hours of my life that was completely wasted.
All the people saying they cant quit because there are no better games out there, please remove your head from your ass because there are tons of better games out there.
There is nothing left here for old players except nostalgic value, if you want a mmo that has great endgame content and activties that make your hours well spent - you need to go look on Pc or console cause you will not find that here.

This game used to be good back in the day and could of been something great probably the only true mmorpg worth playing on mobile that rivaled big mmos on pc/console.
But its rotten as heck now, full of bots, rmt is rampant, unbalanced skills,power creep that has made bosses into literal damage pinatas, cancerous community, false promises by devs, dumb decisons by devs, retardation by devs and devs that dont know how to dev a game.
This is my opinion from a year ago so its probably worse by now i bet.

Bots are always an issue in any mmo. But at least they're doing something about it even with their small development team.

Any economics system will lead to the polarization of wealth, as spending / saving is not equal among all individuals.

Piercers are ultra rare and it's a gamble. So what did you expect? They're not going to allow the market to be oversaturated with 2s items, otherwise it'll make 1s / ns items redundant...

Profit, yes. It should not be free? How are the developer's going to survive by giving everyone want they want for free. If it's profiting, then we can demand more from the game...

Evasion and guard just needs tweaking imo. So that it triggers on aoes regardless of the aggro, and that guard/evasion can be magic/physically orientated with variations in animations dependent on equipment.

Ok, rebalancing...agree, this is an issue. T4 skills sort of divided the weapons into distinct classes with obvious advantages.

Aliments: Agree, they should take more time to consider the implication of certain statuses to bosses.

 

Maybe not. This is an ok time killer between CABAL Online sessions (don't have a PC, so have to make do with a net café)… plus friends still play, although hardware limitations hinder hunting sessions… and most of all, pantsu, more pantsu, and
MOAR PANTSU!!
But if the game surpasses my device's specs before I could upgrade (if that day would ever come) I'll have to retire whether I like it or not…… possibly pick it up again after upgrading, just for killing a bit of time while not doing anything……

 

You misunderstood at this point, what I meant here is the developers treat us just like paypigs, you paid for them to buy stuffs (avatars, piercers,..) but they don't even care or listen to what you want/ your opinions to make this game better just because we are not Japanese (if they still care about our opinions, how the hell they took so long to kill the "tuyuls" while the problem can be solved just within a few days, they think that just compensate orbs to our player base after the rollback are enough for us but that won't change the fact that this game is more like "Japaneses are first, foreigners are trash, they are paypigs".

And the other things too, like ailments. They can rework the ailment system pretty easy but they don't do it because Japaneses want this game to be a dress up/ damage showoff fiesta game. All I want are to make ailments more impactful in the game, not just about damage alone (I want a knockup ailment for katana class and you know what I mean next if you are a league of legends player).

 

Honestly? You all pose valid points. As a 3 year veteran of Toram, I have seen the influx of bots lately. I’ve also seen my share of unfriendly players. As for the avatars and other stuff you can pay for? I don’t see that much of a problem. For one, if all the equipment was 2s, the market would probably crash. There would be no profit to be made off of equipment. Another thing is that you don’t HAVE to pay for avatars, there’s plenty of in-game customization options if you put the time/spina into it. I do agree with the ailments thing, as well as newer bosses being op. That needs to be balanced out. But if we give up on the game entirely, then there is little hope we’ll ever see the issues fixed. I’m fairly certain the devs would bend if the majority of the fanbase spoke up. This is purely my opinion, I’d appreciate not being hated on for being honest.
