The username of the scammer is :私を犯す.
And one more thing I want to tell you, before you push the settle trade button, you should carefully recheck the items he trade to make sure the items you wanna trade are right. Don't trust any user that use JAPANESE character, they are all scammer btw!
(Make me so hard to figure characters because I'm studying Traditional Chinese btw).

Yeah. I think the reason they use Hiragana/Katakana/Kanji as their username is to prevent any victim announcing their name in chat, especially those people who don't know how to type it, and it's also hard to recognized.

For that case, just download Gboard from Google play, there are a lot of method including handwriting for Japanese/Chinese characters. (Japanese is for weebs btw and pretty hard to learn compared to Chinese).
(The username 私を犯す when searched on google is very .... I don't wanna say).

Let's not categorize ALL Japanese users as scammers, because that's kinda misinformative xD
There are a lot of scammers in general that aren't just them

As for the situation, that's hilarious but it makes me wonder if people actually falls for this

so are you saying all the actual japanese users from the japan server are essentially all scammers?
anyone using any sorta characters can potentially be scammers, don't classify everyone into one.

My bad at this point for making you misunderstand, what I mean is don't trust who use Japanese/Chinese character in "Int1" server because from my experience I were scammed by those "users" btw, using those character to make them a "trusted user" because people think they are "Japanese" and then scam them (they scammed me 30m before), later than that I realised they are mostly bad Indonesians ( good one don't do that).

After that lesson, I put myself into a pretty high self-awareness state and I don't even trust any single "one" of them on Int 1 server anymore. (And 1 more thing I want to say that in Japan server things are pretty cheap and sellers are pretty much honest about the price compared to Int 1 because I played in Japan server btw, they are much nicer than those who used "Japanese/Chinese" on "Int1" server).

(Bought a OHS piercer in Japan server for 1.1m 2 weeks ago but in "Int 1" they sell it about 15m nowaday, their greed are too high though.)

I understand your point, but you should also keep in mind that players from japan server have access to int1 as well. So it would be hard to differentiate if the player is originating from Int1 or Japan server.

...I use (Simplified) Chinese characters in my status and I go in Int because I can't download non-mainland version (it's complicated).
And you can tell if they just use the characters to seem credible by trying to initiate conversation in Japanese/Traditional Chinese- you know, small talk. Try to use Japanese/Chinese slang that Google Translate can't translate.
    And practice common non-scammer techniques.
(If it's not obvious I'm no scammer.)

IDK I think it's a bit too... judgmental to think that people who use Japanese/Traditional Chinese characters on Int servers are more likely scammers.
And no offense for the following statement, but I think it's akin to the judgement that people are just more...aware of Muslims being terrorists because a lot of the terrorists that receive publicity are Muslim.

Most of "japanese" or "chinese" user that tries to scam me is mostly Indogs.
I know because these scammer can't just stop using ":v" emote when i was negotiating and once their attempt foiled

Just don't trust any of those that you meet in Int1
Always be cautious to every single user when doing business
