What are your plans for the new decade?

You got the points here, and why I'm serious? Because I'm pretty much of a hardcore here and I got the standard ticket scammed by this company I've mentioned above (still got salty and nothing I can do).

 

Out of curiosity how do you know you've been charged for something you ain't got?
If you have proof keep following it up with Aso.

 

I've purchased the standard ticket on October 20nd by the money from my mobile sim and I received neither the receipt on Google play nor the effect in game, contacted them and they sent back automails (in game and Gmail). So it's either the Telecom company or Asobimo scammed me. That's all, nothing I can do when both sent automails too me (I already canceled that Telecom services). That's the true story , it's very hard to believe but that's what I've experienced.

Guess like I will find another game to play then, dozen of games/works are still better.

 

I not sure you already know or not, for any in-apps purchase thru google playstore or Apple playstore, you are not directly pay the money to the Apps Developer but to the GooglePlayStore and Apple Playstore. Once both playstore confirm received the payment, they will only pay your money to the Apps Developer. This is why in your bank transaction history , the account you paying is always show Google/Apple PlayStore.

If you already completed the transaction and there is a history record in your bank, then you can take a snapshot for the payment history and send to Toram Support team to tell them you not yet received the orb-item you purchase.

For the electronic reply email, it's normal and same for all the company customer services. They will reply you once they received your email, if you clearly state what is your request, issues in the email, with the payment history snapshot.

 

If there is no receipt from google play mean that your purchase is stuck on your SIM card, you should check whether there is pending payment stuck in your SIM card or not, this happen last time when I use my debit card to purchase IOS in-app item, and it's keep failed before my debit card payment not yet completed send to Apple, it's same happen to my friends. This is quiet common when you go thru too many channel to make a payment.

And since you already cancel the services, then there is no point to track it back the transaction history, you just gave up the opportunity to get back what belong to you, thus you can't simply just blame on google playstore or asobimo because you choose to gave up.

Plus if you decide to leave this game, then just leave. Don't keep shouting here and there just to force the other people believe what you did is right and follow you to leave this game. You wanna help, we did give you advice but nothing we can do if you gave up because none of us work under asobimo beside we here to share the joy, not your blaming.

 

I agree with @AliceYvne . Do the snapshot thing. Also check with your telco as I've had this issue with another game before and it went to my wife's account in Google instead I found as it was linked to my mob. But it also took a while for it to show up after checking with my Telco.

 

Thanks for your advices both of you, and maybe my negative thoughts/rants made you guys felt so uncomfortable so let me apology both of you and the others for being very bad here. From now on, no more negative comments from me, i will just help some player that still struggle about this game as a retired veteran. And again thank you @Odin, @AliceYvne for the advices, I should be more careful for next upcoming game payment in the future.

 

Fair call. It is frustrating. I experienced a lil frustration with Aso when I went to access my account again. But the soon had me on the road to recovery again.

Yea, maybe. Even though if i decided to play again, I would have a very hard time to regain to the original state because I gaveaway all of my items worth 170m on 11/22/2019.

So guess like i will just lurk around here to help and recommend some other good game to play (Hollow Knight is one example even though its pretty hard to play).

 

If you've got high BS levels etc it won't be too hard to get back to 170m.

Farm Mino for a week then sell Anti-Ds then go from there =)

I luckily roll out a Godspeed skill from star gem. (>10m if I'm not wrong)

(Edit: Now I'm still not sure If I want to play again because I have a lot time restriction irl (modding, working, studying, upcoming school project) and I have nothing to do ingame too instead of farming cycle, so guess like I will go back to Hollow Knight for some ideas for my modding project, and that's the only game I have to retreat a lot of time when bosses are too hard meanwhile other games are too easy include Toram).

 

What do i prefer to add in toram:
1. Hyper Godspeed Wield
2. Changing weapons during battle that are similar to SAO
3. More Spina farm rate

EDIT:The functions and abilities for Hyper Godspeed Wield skill will bears a similar to Hyper Clock Up.(dunno cuz something has popped up on my head)

Is it possible to get Godspeed stargem? Isn't that a tier 2 skill?

I don't think 10m is enough to make you forget about what made you want to quit in the first place though.

 

Godspeed is obtainable, same as Magadachi/ Warcry but it's extremely rare.

I've sold it for 1.3m (I put 13m but missing 1 letter"0" without even reconize it because I'm still sleepy due to exhaustion). From now on, I'll just helping newbies still have struggle about playing this game as a retired veteran.

Hm.. I feel like everything for me has been very slow xD I've been playing a lot of Pokemon Shield and Splatoon 2 nowadays, just recently got back into Toram Online. Hopefully I can reach Lv 200 on my account, 40 more levels to go! ;v;

 

Get gf irl then inv her to play toram. Same thing for me, though @SiLica01 beat me to finding the game 1st, way back 2015. ^_^
