Stargem not working properly?

    Hi!
    I have lvl5 Martial Mastery skill learned and lvl5 stargem of this skill too but when I equip it, my attack is still the same. Do I have to max the stargem to get the effect or is it just a bug?

    You need to have the lvl 10 stargem.
    Stargems don't add to the skill level, they act as substitute.
