Duration is too short for me.
Shame, because i want to make close range halb with this

 

Can I know why tho ?

 

It's only useful if you have high motion speed, like 3 stacks of GSW. Otherwise you'll only recover a small amount of MP. It's fun to use though, can even auto cancel with it.

 

But overall should I get it. I mean I heard its bad and I have 11 extra points (sorry I'm new to halberd ^^)

 

what combo are u all using to recover mp
if u are fighting bosses like ornlarf ultimate?

 

Currently my only combos are,
1. Impact > dragon tooth (smite) > finale (smite)
2. Flash stab > impact (save) > decoy (swift)
Since this is apparent the only thing that I can think of ;/

 

If you have issues recovering your MP, impact>dragon tooth(smite)>chronos drive(save)>finale(smite) can work great, but if you have a plenty of AMPR it would be best not to use it because you wouldn't need the extra MP recovery and you wouldn't be able to spam as well because your combo would be longer and it wouldn't prorate quite as well.

69 is a good number. You could get more AMPR, but you don't want too much, otherwise you would regenerate mana faster than you can use it, making some of it useless.

With decoy and reasonable crit rate, the only way to run out of mp fast with 69 ampr is spamming dt combo non stop out of ur 2 combo. High eva, high mobility boss will always be a problem for ampr. Maybe have alternate for more ampr or crit rate depending on the problem. I have ampr ava set for when i need to spam more or at more mobile boss where decoy is unreliable and wcos is too high risk. Also bear hat with zarth for extreme measure (crit resist + mobile boss).

 

I guess thats the reason why i ran out of mp so fast, im still not used to halberd yet since my other class seems easier xD thx alot owo

 

Warcry is more effective than chronic tbh, which is a shame because the concept sounds cool but the move isn’t, as for missing with decoy I usually tag meikyo after decoy for extra crt, no need for crt gear if u do that. Other than that focus sp on power boosting skills like battle skills and brave aura . Halb will always have difficulties against high Eva bosses no matter what but for other bosses....... it’s well equipped to slay.
