[Discussion] Crusher Skill - update info from BeMMO

Crusher demo with English subtitle , from BeMMO


Finally some demo of crusher skill from streaming, below is what I can understand from the YouTube (just guessing, can’t understand Japan)

正拳突き Forefist Punch
- 2mp
- effect unknown

ゴリアステイクショット (Goliath Punch )
- Goliath in another meaning can be Giant, so actually Gorilla Shot is quiet match XD ( blame Pineapple )
- 5mp
- Charging Skill, maximum 5 charge. When cast, every 1 second increase one charge. 5 second after MaxCharge(5), the charge will continue reduce every 1 second and stay at one charge at the end.
Example : 1-2-3-4-5-5-5-5-5-4-3-2-1
- The damage increase depend on the charge, from demo 1 charge damage is about 11k, 5 charge damage is 50K without critical.
- Charge-1 and Charge-5 have x2.5 Multiplier different.

ゴツドハント God-hand
- 4 mp
- when this skill is in use and you received a damage(have damage reduce effect), it’s gain 1 charge, maximum 3 charge, you can gain more than 1 charge if you get multi hit when this skill in-used.
- when buff in active , increase the damage for other crusher skill except god hand, but it’s consume all the charge after skill is use.
- in demo, 5-charge gorilla shot and 3-charge god hand damage is about 90k without Critical.
- Charge-3 give x2 damage.

呼吸法　breathwork
- 3mp
- regen lost HP and give a buff after use ,
- When Annihilator buff in-active, activates this skill will gain another MP halved buff to next skill use.
- Can be use when equip knuckle as sub weapon.

フローテイングキツクflouting kick
- 2mp
- move toward to target and launch a ridet kick.
- when using this skill with moving pad, the player will jump backward first (backward direction will change to left right depend on the moving pad) and jump forward to launch rider kick.

コンビネーション　Combination
- 0 MP
- Short multi hit attack
- From video, this skill seen like automatic activate while using Front-Punch, but this skill allow manual activate as well .

破壊者 Annihilator
- 6mp
- Attack increase buff, 9 minutes
- when buff in active, flinch, Paralyses, tumbler and etc is unavailable.
- Can be use for Other weapon.

Definitely looks promising, the floating kick (we all know this is rider kick and they gonna conveniently release appropriate avatar).
God hand looks good for knux tank like breath work and chaining with earth bind and taking bloody bite from dark power gives knux tanks some nice regen.

Im more interested in seeing how this plays out for knux/dagger tho which was the first build type I used in this game

 

Ya, if breath works can put into combo list, knuckle also can play Dark Claw build, reduce HP > Dark Claw then Regen HP by Breath works.

So goliath shot is like cf I am expecting similar multipliers like cf too and God hand has buff like sr noice I think I am sold lol and this is available for all weapons given the icons so weapons like staff /sword fuu will benefit hugely.

 

Nope, it’s only for knuckle main. Only floating kick possible can use with sub-knuckle.

and where you all get the info this skill available for all weapon? as in YouTube Suzuki say the skill description still under develop but it’s will work only on knuckle main.

 

That's well kinda eh and meh if it's only knucks main oh well I am sold I will make a knuck dps after this skill release

 

I would say everyone will explore crusher once it released since the current meta is so stale now.
Anyone need level 10 martial mastery stargems? I got 3 to sell later~

 

Don’t worry, there will be unique skill for 2-handed and bowgun. Just be patient.

 

What is your idea combo for Gorilla-shot and Godhanded?

 

Nah not a big fan of bulky swords and definitely not a big fan of bg.

 

I would need to see the skills finalized and released first before i start planning my combos

 

Wonder if they'll be willing to rebalance Brawler skills so that they don't scale on AGI. If Crusher skills are good enough the scaling would no longer be nessacary and the skills can be returned to their original generalist origins. It'd be nice to see interesting FU variants come back strong, but also have Knuckle's strong enough to compete in their own way without getting dumpstered.

 

Always thought the brawler tree should be in the buff section of the skill trees.

 

I assumed because of the first skill in skill tree I can’t speak their language so I just assumed on what I saw, but I’ll wait and see, always loved the concept of knuckles but hated it’s low power in comparison to other builds so I can’t wait to see what it offers firsthand

 

No, it’s because Suzuki say so. Long time ago he already mention this skill is for knuckles main.

 

Ok I may not have seen that my apologies.

 

For once, no matter how good these are I'll still use them.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if agi increased multipliers of crusher skills
