Help me chossing class

Right now im confusing about picking dw or hb for my main dps since i just have budget to gearing one char, which one do u feel better for farm boss nm/ulti,and i dont dont have untrade eq like proto or hb hell

 

Logically, its halberd for nm ulti farming since Halb specialize in pierce
I don't really know about Dw, but i think the new stat already outdamage Proto (Need confirmation)

 

It depends, what is your char highest level? If it’s less than 170 halb if it’s above 170 dw. Imo I love halb but it’s harder to play and master, but powerful once done right, the learning curve is what going to kill ya.

 

Halb is currently the best at killing NM/ULTI but to beat others at that you'd need to invest a lot
DW with proto is good at killing NM/ULTI but for general use the new statting beats it out
Bow/Bowgun is good with Snipe for killing NM/ULTI
Staff will always have max proration because everyone else uses Halb/Bow/DW

I say Halb, personally

 

Bow with crossfire and snipe, cause its really versatile on top of 50% defense reduction from armor break, and you'd rarely die cause you're mobile enough.

 

Go with dw lmao it's better than halb anyday

 

well, honestly, if you're on a budget, why these two classes specifically? Isn't THS, Katana, and Mages the more cost efficient classes, equipment-wise?

 

Well i already buy fullbeard and darktal so i cant chose mage,for ths i dont like the playstyel,for katana some my friend say its really not good if u play katana without modes or anniv so i chose Between dw or hb

 

2hs goes with full beard plus it’s easier than both, to me the easiest melee dps in the game .

 

If you are a mastered GSW user, stick to Halberd or Katana, those classes are monster in both Nightmare and Ultimate Mode.

If you are not, then just stick to 2h/ Dual Sword for survivability.
