    if you have one, try it. if you don't have a 4th anniv npc sword, there is no way to get one.

    player made is better
    npc version only has str 7% & crit rate 15, which you can easily add str10% & cr20 on player craft. all the other stats are meh only decent is maybe SRD for 7% but player made sword u can add other stats that helps w/ur dmg atk
    also npc 4th anniv is no longer available if that's something u're hoping to craft now, unless u already have it from the event.
