I can not login to my Asobimo account using WiFi

Hi, I have just started facing this problem starting this morning. I got signed out of my Asobimo account so I decide to log back in. But the correct email address and password I always use to login does not work. Also when I ask to reissue a password, it says, "Connection Failed code 035). I did this all using my WiFi. I then decided to use my phone data (LTE/4G) and I was able to login with my Asobimo account and play. I want to be able to play the game using WiFi since I don't want to use phone data. Does anyone know how to fix this or have encountered this problem currently or in the past? Please let me know, thank you!

P.S. I am able to create a new character and play using that with WiFi. I just simply can't login with my Asobimo account or reissue password when I'm running Toram wih WiFi.

 

sounds like a wifi problem.
try rebooting your router.

i had similar problems a while ago, when my wifi kept disconnecting.
one time it was connected with full signal strength but had no internet connection.

 

You to I'm also getting the same problems and before anyone asks yes I tried rebooting my router and you managed to use the mobile data to play but I don't have a SIM card so I can't use mobile data so I can't login please someone come up with a solution

 

QwQ I thought my accounts were gone ... you will understand if you're 100+ asobimo accounts all gone in few sec with millions of spina .... I was super scared ..... but after 24h I was able to login again ^-^ yay me ... it's called auto ip address block, if you use a single device and keep switching accounts your Ip will be auto sealed for 24h @w@ ... you will able to login tho just by changing the network connection, some are too desperate so they just use vpn to login e.e... well I am having the same problem again yay stupid 1 orb compensation .... I hate chu
