Pet Tank Game Play

How much pet power is good enough for current cap? Is 180 (current pet lv cap) enough? Because i read pet power won't increase if its value is higher than current pet lv.

The formula for the current max pet power is:
(current player lvl cap) x2

Pet level 150 with 2 times fused
Pet level 150 with 4 times fused
The status gap between them is big?
Assume all type is the same.

 

Depends on the fusion process. Fusion is just between two pets.
Pet a + pet b + pet c + pet d: usually it just end up as pet abc + pet d, then the stat is not that much difference to pet d.
If pet ab + pet cd, the difference is quite noticable since it is based on both pet ab and pet cd that is much better than a single pet. You may also notice that the max lvl is also much higher than the previous fusion process.
I already did this pyramid fusion process and it is effective. Only downside is the amount of grind time is insane as a set and it have to be done in stages too.

Great stuff! Tank pets really draws out full potential of dps backliner. Good that you point out beginner mistakes of having a pet(pet mp capacity guessing/management and aggro management and how to initiate combat)
