    STEP #3: Critical Rate +1 x6
    STEP #4: Critical Rate +1, MATK % -10, Accuracy -10, Accuracy % -5, Magic Pierce % -5 x1
    STEP #5: Critical Rate +1 x11

You're welcome, I'm glad to hear that! :D

Hi! Here's the formula, feel free to let me know if there's something wrong or if it doesn't work, since I calculated it on my own...

    STEPS
    Type
    : Armor
    Original Potential: 0
    Starting Potential: 46
    STEP #1: MATK % +2 x1
    STEP #2: CSPD % +1 x5
    STEP #3: ATK % -10, Physical Pierce % -5, Accuracy -10, Accuracy % -5, Natural MP Regen -10 x1
    STEP #4: CSPD % +1 x15
    STEP #5: % stronger against Ele +20, MATK % +8 x1
    Success rate: 78%
You could change Natural MP Regen -10 (third step) to Natural MP Regen % -5 or Natural HP Regen % -10, since they give the same amount of pot and they're from the same category.
By adding MATK % +7, instead of +8 at the last step, the success rate is of 95%

Thank you so much. I'll go for the matk 9% option, 78% to risky
If I use a higher pot armor like pot 60 can I just add more cast speed on step 2 making sure I have pot left over to proceed with step 3?

Yes, you could do that as long as you don't use all the pot left before the last step

    STEPS
    Type
    : Armor
    Original Potential: 0
    Starting Potential: 60
    STEP #0: MATK % +2 x1
    STEP #1: CSPD % +1 x19
    STEP #2: ATK % -10, Physical Pierce % -5, Accuracy -10, Accuracy % -5, Natural MP Regen -10
    STEP #3: CSPD % +1 x1
    STEP #4: % stronger against Ele +20, MATK % +7 x1
    Success rate: 100%
If you want Matk10%, instead of MATK % +7, at the last step, add MATK % +8
The success rate with Matk10% should be of 87%

What's the best physical damage to ele stat with +20 crit rate achievable on adv garb?
    The one i found is:-
    Dmg to ele +20%
    Cd +7%
    Cd +20
    Cr +20

Going through cb making is seems like cd +8% is doable. Also saw one with cd+10%, cd+18. I prefer not to gamble if possible. Any help is appreciated.

For pratical purposes, you should only care for starting potential, which is potential written on your item, without any stats.

Original potential is the base potential of your item, which is written on crafting screen. Statting formula uses original potential on last step if it's greater than remaining potential.

    Giguga / メイプル,
I believe original potential is the potential of the gear without any increase from your stats, i.e. adventurer's garb has an original potential of 15, however if you're a VIT BS, the starting potential will be the original potential affected by your VIT stat/20 (15 + vit/20) and success rate.
