So.. Skills rebalance, what changed?

    I just hope Meteor can actually hit something now without needing to recast it 20 times (And still miss >->)

    And generally what are the new things we have?

    Double Stab doesn’t need to actually evade something to trigger the skill. Just use regular evasion. Cooldown is doubled as compensation. I assume it still doesn’t affect Amazing Throw either.

    - Cat got dumber
    - Meteor is still one of the most idiotic skills in the game
    - Spell Burst stinks as it did before
    - Imperial Ray might be useable with the right combos.
    - Shadow walk is good yet disappointing at the same time.

    meteor had it's cast time reduced.
    the rest is still the same.

    3 hits of a 2m radius randomly placed within a 20m radius makes a 30% chance to hit the intended target once. (10% for each meteor)

    I doubt this cat can be dumber than it already is, lol.
    Never going to get spell burst enywey.
    AAAaaannd.. Is shadow walk good for brawler? I think it might suit Parties but solo looks like it will suck.

    I don't know how, but Iruna skills in general look more powerful than Toram, the supposed "Departure from Iruna". It's disappointing..

    It's per 10% (2m/20m) per meteor, just his logic that isn't accurate. By that logic 10 meteors would have 100% hit chance, which clearly isn't true, since each event is independent. For three meteor hits, the chance actually would be 27.1%.

    Regardless chances, this skill is still retarded, they should've adjusted it to at least 1 of meteors being a sure hit and other two to be random

    Who wants a random cat pulling all mini boss and add mobs when all you wanna do is focus on a single mini boss alone?

    They should make meteor actually hit same as finale big area but if target move ur fucked. Geezh why asobimo waste their sweat on such shitty skill.

    oh shit, yes. circle volume is pi*r^2.
    that would make the hit rate 1.07%, but this doesn't match practice results.
    i forgot that the visible distance is based on player position, so the range for meteor is less than 20m.

    still doesn't make it better, though...
    assuming a max range of 10m, so 8m max +2m meteor radius, this gives a 6% chance per meteor to land on the target spot.

    although i'm not sure if that calculation is just for the center spot or also includes the entire circle. since multiple landing spots can still hit the same target because of overlapping radii.

    hum, thats an interesting idea, but I don't know if it would fit Meteor, since it has 3 Hits.
    If all the meteors fell in the very same place your skill Aimed, I bet only one~~Two would hit, In a very lucky day (Or boss gets the frozen bug where it just won't move or attack) Then you maay hit the third meteor.
    And isn't Meteor damage good? How it would be made to be balanced? Since the skills says "It rarely hits but the damage is Great" I imagine this shit having the same or more damage as Finale First hit...

    Skills reaally take time to be created and though about.. huh.. interesting.

    EEEeeeeeehhh I don't understand this kind of Ancient witchery you guys call "Mathematics", May I have the right to a simple explanation for negative IQ's such as mine?
    And, lol I think it's easier to get a B Avatar than to get Meteor to Hit something you want. That's insanity.
    Such a bullshit RNG for such a Unique and good looking skill like Meteor.

    I guess everything that isn't a generic Lazer beam hadoken can't be good huh? />->)/

    the damage is the similar to blast.
    both skills cost 3mp, but blast always hits the target enemy.
