Sidequests worth the grind?

Im trying to expand my horizons aside from farming NCs every other minute of my Toram Online life. I heard that the Parasite Crystal farm is okay, and the White Petal farm is too, but neither have players that are receptive to my lv 87 stormer.

Is grinding out in Lost Town/Gravel Terrace worth the pain of travelling and nearly dying (in the latter area)? Or is it just easier to stay with the NC farm?

 

What do you farm NC for? Leveling? If so, there are better ways. Doing MQ from start to finish with a lv1 character will level it up to 132 ish. You can go fight mobs / minibosses / bosses whose level is within 3 levels of yours for boosted exp gain.

 

Thanks for the input. I generally avoid doing Bosses/minibosses because im a DW crit build with no HP (lv114); the bosses within my range typically have no players to pt with, and mercenary tanks are pretty hit or miss from my experience. Farming NCs felt like the best option for exp questing since i get 9-ish stks for every hour of farming (plus 40-60k spina from quickly tping to sofya to sell the extra mats)

I'll try the boss method and see if its more worthwhile... breaking parts is gonna be a nightmare...

 

Can go to garden of beginning and talk to the scientist ghost thing there. There are two ghost actually that give new quests. Ofc then again you can do metal stinger quest too from El scaro

 

I think farming pc is fine, but for selling purpose, since you can get xp quest from npc to kill pd, while getting pc as well. I never see anyone on gravel farming mewte, so I think it's bad going there and farming alone.
About receptivity, I'm pretty sure ppl will accept you if you just equip a md and use storm, even if you take one bazilion of hits to kill a single pd. Just follow the rule of finding a pt: Type "ifp strom md full luk". Profit.
IMO, leveing through sidequests is a horrible option, bosses/minibosses give way more xp.

 

I personally only leveling through NPC side quest if it is for my production character especially TEC smith. Every fighter characters I have levels up normally by killing bosses/mini bosses.

 

Dude easiest option, do mq 2 days grind and you’ll reach lv 137 then u can boss grind from there, yeah mq is boring but it’s the most efficient at low level, even with good equips and skill, mq is way faster from 1-137.

 

tbh just do mq first it can kickstart u from 1 to 140 something if u do all 9 chapters
