Toram stating bug

    Hello,
    I have a level 176 blacksmith character i have all level level 3 blacksmith skills but for some reason i can only stat +14 gear were i beleave i should be able to stat up to +17 . I have tried to report this but they iver they misuderstood what i was saying or iv missed something.     My cdmg also can't reach 21 :( even though i has lv 210 bs.
    I think the new fill stat code affect bs tier 3 too.
    Try max out the skill to level 10 and see if the problem still occur.

    I see Asobimo did another spectacular bug. Yeah for critical stats series except for dmg%, it should follow the smith char lv. The +14 max value should only be for regular stats like STR, DEX, etc, if smith skill tier 4 still has not unlocked yet.
