I need some tips to properly manage a guild to keep the members active. Ideas or suggestion about things or activities to have fun with the members are welcome.

    i have a few suggestions:

    - you could set up rewards for the top guild point contributors for the month( it resets each month right??? i forgot xD)

    - set rules for how many days/week they can stay offline before they get booted owo

    - item hunting events -- my previous guild had done this before where the game master would pick an item dropped by a random normal mob and then the first one to get it wins

    - active recruiters are also very appreciated owo)/ for guild growth

Not too expensive that you cannot sustain. Not too cheap that people ignore it. A few examples will be gemrun slot, a piece of equipment, or a service.

The standard when you are recruiting random players. You can also have them notify you before they go inactive so you know when to wait or not.

And other activities of the like.

@tamaki_trash suggestions actually covers up most of it.

I find guild events to be very efficient and reliable. For example, lets say u decide every friday at 5pm to hold an event:
1st Friday- u hold a fashion contest and give rewards to winners
2nd friday- u take a guild picture and take over a whole map channel its fun haha
3rd friday- play hide and seek in a map or different maps and winners get rewards
Its stuff like this that really help maintain the guild, and of course trust between guildmates helps a lot, u gotta treat ur guild like a 2nd family haha. Almost forgot, i believe an off game groupchat is necessary for guilds.

Well this are some ideas and things ive noticed are effective haha
