    Hi guys
    I'm new in this forum, and not sure if I'm posting on the right discussion. I've been playing Toram for two months. Two days ago, I used the colored chat (saw many players doing it and thought it was harmless) in world to sell the hb piercer I got from potum darts , and lo I got penalty level 6.
    I'm starting a new account and moving on. But can't seem to let go of the old one...all that hard work.. I contacted support through the app, and got automated message. Anyone actually experienced getting any reply except automated, or having penalty lifted after it being imposed? Should I squash my hopes of getting my old account restored to normal, or should I not look back and move on? Lol!

    I got a reply but its about mone- I mean in app purchasing so maybe they gree- I mean more supporting toward that kind of problems.
    Just wait for other members answer.

    Let me quote a bit:
    - Operation Interference -

    To pretend to be related to the operation team, the GM or support team.
    To disturb event or campaign progress.
    To ignore the instructions from the operation team or the GM.

    [Response] Initial level 6 or higher applied.

    custom coloured chat and coloured names are supposed to be an exclusive GM trait.

    aside from impersonating a GM or staff member, abusing bugs can also lead to penalty lv6 or higher.
    officially the colour code shouldn't even be known, and it's not something discovered by accident.
    it's not the first time this happened; and just like last time, anyone using it can be subject to penalty, regardless if context.
    also, penalties cannot be undone once applied.

    in some cases, penalties come with an inquiry number and you can send that number to the customer support to receive more detailed info about the case.
    but aside from that, they don't send personal replies and according to the penalty policy they are not obliged to reveal their reasoning for applying penalties.

    generally, you only get personal replies on bug reports, when they ask for further details.

    you probably won't get your old account back, but it still exists for a while.
    after 180+ days of inactivity, account data will be deleted, which also makes the username available again.
