Im a brand new player just started playing yesterday, I have read some guides but still have no idea what to do ?
1)How to use the cb ? I mean how to know which item is good to sell (as a newbie) and where to find them ?
2)How to level up faster ? Currently my char is lvl 37 (I choose halberd cuz it looks cool)
3)How to get stronger ? How to get better weapon and armor than dropped ones. Im struggle to fight boss cuz my basic attack range from 50-70
    Thanks in advance

First of all, Welcome to the Toram Online community! Hope you have a great time!
    • There are is not a tutorial in game for CB, so I understand your plight. You can sell different items based on your level. Check Coryn Club(a website) for a beginner's guide on Toram, as well as lots of information.
    • Check out the video by Youtuber : The Odore on Best farming spots.
    • Since Newbies don't get much attention in Toram online, I have a discord group where I accept newbies and their questions, doubts and help them. Since there are other new players too, you can make friends with similar level players.
    • The best way to level up is to follow the Main story quest. If you get stuck, ask a person if available to help you, or you can just play on Easy mode (escape boss and try again in easy.)
    • There is another way to level up, but it requires an active party similar to your level. Once again, the invitation to my discord group (not server) is open.
    • You can check Amaymon's guide in the guides section for leveling up too.
    • The sad truth of Toram Online is that almost none of the boss dropped weapons are good. You'll need to save up some money to buy a weapon off the Consignment board.
    • Don't bother purchasing armour yet, it's not heavily useful in early stages. Unless you find an armour that increases HP/MP.
    Good luck!

Just want to add If u plan on doing main story quest to level up, it will be easier/faster if u will use a mercenary to kill the boss.
First don't buy player crafted weapon or armor and just use monster/boss drop equipment until u get familiarize on the game. There is a high chance u will change your weapon and armor after u get familiarize on every information u will learn later.

    • Ah, yes, the mercenary system. Thanks for reminding. Well, I only used Mercs after chapter 6, so it's possible to get to chapter 6 in just easy mode. Lalvada was too strong tho.
    • Also, OP might or might not know of the mercenary system, or how it works.
    • Lastly, the difference in Boss dropped weapons really shows up at Mauez - the fight takes 30 mins + with low ATK weapons, especially when you miss a lot.
    • You can, of course, keep doing Main quest with a merc, but I find it easier to learn skills / practice staying alive / learning playstyles when your damage isn't very low.

Yeah true, but he just started playing yesterday so it will be hard for him to fight some bosses even he learn skills, playstyle or practice staying alive. I still use to die even in easy mode when soloing some boss with my low level test characters. That is why I had recommended having a mercenary.

everything can be converted into material points. anything at 99 pieces will do. don't price it too high, just put the price a little higher than the default. just doubling the default already gives you double profit (compared to the general store) and someone will surely buy it.

big profit items are materials for craft recipes or quests. you can sell them for 10x the default, sometimes even higher for no reason.
boss drops usually always sell high (up to 100x the default), if they can be used for recipes.

    add gear dyes (from jelly)
go for 1-5k, depending on popularity.
    you don't.
but you get bonus exp if the target monster is within a +-9 range to your current level.
the maximum is 10x exp within +-5.
npcs in towns also let you do repeatable side quests. some reward items, some reward lots of exp.
you also get exp from the Challenge Dungeon, which unlocks after clearing chapter 1.
visit the Blacksmith in town. new recipes unlock as your level increases.
also check out the Synthesist for stat boosting potions.

You might also consider joining a friendly guild to help you with your journey.
In a guild, you have access to high level mercs for free, and can also ask assistance from online players.
