    Any idea how can claim back my password because i forgot it .. its been long years that i never login in the game the problem inside the fame there is error when i trying to re claim may password .. i i ha may email and password of my gmail account but the password in game is not same with the password of my gmail account.

    one of the many buttons allows you to reset your password.
    it will send a mail to your registered e-mail account, containing a link to an online form where you can set a new password.

    you have to enter the same mail adress that you used to register the account, and spelling is important.
    also, you cannot receive mail if your inbox is full.

    if it still doesn't work, contact the customer support.
