Please Me Out! Q.Q

On July 12 2021, 3:00 pm while I was farming my account receive a notice a few seconds I got kick out from the game, I reopen my account only to find "you cannot use this account anymore" at the login screen. I was disappointed and sad i tried posting at the fb group and lots of people saying I use bots, cheat, do trade, but none of this I have done before, I was playing for along time raising my main accnt A Q U A with my hardwork I build good equipment and save an amount of spina. Can anyone please help me out because I don't really deserve this.

 

Not anyone here can sadly help you retrieve your account as this is an unofficial forum not run by the developers of the game. None of us, as what I'm aware of, works at asobimo. I recommend you going to the official website en.toram.jp instead and make a support ticket on their contact page stating your issue. If you truly haven't done anything against their guidelines, not even once, then you will likely get your account back. Also take the chance to look at their guidelines once again to see if you truly haven't done anything against them.
