Auto-Attack Build / Additional Magic/Melee

    Hello there :D

    I didn't even know, that those builds are possible to make in Toram.

    So...
    Would somebody be so nice and would explain, how these builds work?
    I know that you have to use equip with additional magic/melee stats etc., but I don't really understand it.
    Also... Some people use satffs, the other one 2h and also 1h swords.

    It looks funny, but also it doesn't seem to be that good, but i don't mind that, as long it is funny uwu

    the % on 'additional melee/magic' equips is the damage multiplier. 100% = 1.
    the activation rate is 25% and only increases with the battle skill 'Secret Chase Attack', up to 50% at lv10.

    the wizard skill 'Familia' also grants 50% additional magic, while it's active. but you must have staff or MD (main or sub) equipped to use this.

    So if i want to use add. attacks, I should use staff (md/staff as weapon) and 'secret chase attack'.
    (So both grants 50%, so do i have 100% activation rate, or does it calculate in an other way?)

    So... Any suggestions for the equip?
    Or does anybody know a good guide/vid for this?

    Yes, since all additional melee/magic stat came from boss drops.

    50% additional magic from Familia is the multiplier (0,5). the activation rate is still 25%.
    with Secret Chase Attack the activation rate increases to 50% and it won't go any higher than that.

    I think i got it.
    So the normal activation rate is 25%.
    With Familia it's 50%.

    And the % add. magic/melee is the calculation of the the damage.
    Right?

    I don't think, the formula is like this, but just as an example:
    So if i have 250% add melee, i have the 50% chance to deal 2.5x of my damage as an additional attack.

    the activation rate is always 25%, unless you learn the skill Secret Chase Attack.
    Familia adds a 0,5 multiplier to additional magic.
    basically yes. with secret chase attack, otherwise the chance is only 25%.

    additional melee uses the atk stat and additional magic the matk stat.
    the constant is 0 and the multiplier is the sum of all equipped additional melee or magic stats. monster's def/mdef and resistance applies also.
    the additional damage is categorised as physical/magic skill and will be influenced by the respective proration modifier, but does not affect proration.
    additional attacks may happen on any auto-attack that hits; accuracy, stability, critical damage and element/range modifiers take no effect.

    Are there any items (besides the boss drops), that i can use for this build? So that i have something to start with xD

    Also...
    What's better?
    Add. Melee, Add. Magic, or a mix of both?

    And... If I'm right, the build can get expensive, cuz of the avatar stats...

    And a last question :D
    I saw three different styles of this build.
    One is using those knux (The vid, thatgot postedin this thread), one is using staffs, and one, that uses swords (1h & 2h).
    In which way are they different?
    Or is it just optical?

    depends on the build. but with some equipment you can't avoid having both.
    (they trigger individually, each with a 25% chance. so there is no drawback in having both. )
    every build can be done with and without avatar stats.
    if avatar stats and prime piercers are mandatory, the build is poorly made.
    different atk/matk, aspd and different skills.

    I'm kinda new but I'm guessing that an AA build will deal less damage than even main Knuckles. Though you might be in luck if the next tier of Barehand is good

    Actually, additional attacks are affected by stability and damage to element. Here's the attack with 100% stability on Big Mask:

    i don't see how this data relates to stability as there is no comparison to >100 stability, but you are correct about the 'damage to element' modifier. i did not consider those because they used to be much rarer than they are now. what i meant was that the additional attack is set to neutral element, regardless of your (sub)weapon element(s).

    I didn't test it, but it is affected by stability, I just don't have the screenshots, and can't test it since my char is now 100% stab. Though, the formula shows it on the "Tome of Offense" https://toramonline.com/index.php?threads/thexiiithguys-tome-of-offense.50196/#post-515774
