He uses a standardized set of items for testing.
There are different builds and sets to increasing the damage of either Phantom, Charging and Twin Slash.
Phantom is affected by long range damage modifiers, which doesn't affect Charging or Twin Slash.
Charging is affected by Unsheathe, which doesnt affect Phantom or Twin Slash.

The video only shows how it affects each skill in damage, with a standard build, not to mention its on 100% stab.
if you were to test each skill allocation out with only one standard set of equips that builds Atk or equips that are only boss drop and inconsistent with a build,
you would have inconsistencies.
Not to mention that each skill allocation does not work the same way as other skill allocations more over if you have a skill build and equip build specializing in using only one DPS skill in either Twin, Charging, Phantom.

 

The video was only showing how each stat affect Dual sword dmg and blade skills. He had 100% stability to pervent flucuation in damage so people can clearly see the difference in each stat. Even with or without 100% stability and regardless of the build his video about dual sword stats is very true. Agi up dmg for dual skills and dual get bonus in dmg base on how strong sub weapon is. Dex increases dmg on blade skill full notice near the end Tempest was highest with full dex. Full Str high crit dmg. If you want to know accurately what gears he used in the video ask him on his channel im sure he would tell you
Anyways i mis read his reply thought he was asking about info on each stat for Dual.

 

Hi! I know this is an old thread and build but i am following it and i have a question.

My stats are 150dex-50agi-60+ str at lvl 95 and currently pumping my str up. Is this build ideal if i want to do some dps and do good ampr?

 

ampr isnt based on stats like those. Consider re statting to higher str then focus on dex and agi.

 

Sorry but whats the ideal str amount before pumping dex and agi?

 

two headed snake crown is +3ampr and 150mp - 7%vit unless there are more than one versions

 

Hi all, i have questions too regarding dw build. Atm, i am building dw char with stats
str 176, agi 40, crt 40, and my char current lvl 80. My skills that i have taken is:
sword mastery 10
hard hit 1
dual mastery 10
dual wield control 10
godspeed 10
twin slash 5
spinning slash 5
phantom slash 5
cross parry 5
charging slash 5
shadow step 5
reflex 5
flash blast 5
impact 7
mp charge 1
safe rest 5
hp boost 10

I have trouble to how to increase phantom slash damage because i have seen the video and read the from previous page that everyone have reached 10-20k damage for phantom slash.

My combo that i used is:
Hard hit -> twin slash (save) -> reflex (cons) -> flash blast (cons) -> impact (cons) -> phantom slash (smite) -> shadow step (cons).

My gear is pretty standard equipment:
Main weapon : Zahhak Sword +9
Sub weapon : Zahhak Sword +9
Armor : Mozt Armor +9
Additional : Tyrant Grievance +E
Ring : Muscle Talisman IV

Max dmg that i reached currently is 5k dmg..
Is something wrong with the stat distribution or my skills or my equipment so that maximum dmg that i have reached is only 5k? Pls help and thank you. Cheers.
