1S +S refinement Question

I finally got a modestia and is planning to refine it to +S. My question here is:

How much or how many stacks of ori, anti degs and other ores to reach the said refinement with an exact budget amount of spina for 1S +S refinement.?

I mostly buy stuff at cb and only do +B on my equipment so I'm kind curious how much spina to burn to reach +S with 1S.

 

There is no exact amount but cheapest might be 15mil yet you could also spend 100mil+ and still not get it since A/S is 1% refine success while degradation rate is higher.

 

That 100m so awful omg. Anyway, the neo smith hammer that gives 10% success rate also aplied to the 1% success rate for refina A and S? The hammer says it does not degrade even if it fails.

 

Yes, but I'm not certain exactly how the +10% success rate works since could mean +10% of base making it 1.1% success or if it actually means +10% flat increasing success rate from 1% to 11%.

 

Sucks bigtime for an orb item to only add a certain percentage of success rate to its base rate. Well gonna try it later I guess. Ty for answering
