2h sword eliment and atk 7 %

How can i put stat on wepon i made Str BS i get 55 point in my frostbrand but i don't know how to put like fire eliment 11% damage to earth atk 7 % on it i try so many things and burned all my money i still don't get it. Or does it need like 100 + potential. Any guide please i wana know.

u need a bs with tec stats... to add a7% ur bs needs to be atleast lvl100... and then if u wanna dd a stat +11 then ur char needs to be lvl110 and if +12 lvl 120.. yee .... i really am replying to the threads u are arent I lol
