2s NPC B/S; possible or no?

Would like to check with the seniors here if crafting at NPC blacksmith, whether there is a possibility of getting up to 2 slots?

I've been told that 1 slot is possible (still no luck) but never heard of NPC 2 slotters. Hope someone can confirm or deny this.

 

But 1s is still possible, correct?

 

2slot is possible if you are talking about overall equipment it hard to get them though since they rarely appear like 2 slot Muscle TalismanIII can be only craft by NPC blacksmith there is still possibilities of 2 slot with NPC and it hard to get them

 

Npc will never give a 2slot item, you have to pierce it for the 2nd slot, asobismo confirmed
