30 days leveling ticket not reflect in game after purchase

    I purchased leveling ticket and paid the amount using Google Play Store and amount got deducted but haven't received the ticket. It's not reflected in game. I tried mail asobimo they said to do complete transaction I did but nothing happened. Tried reinstalling still nothing. What should I do it's been 2 days now???

    Same problem here.Dont worry asobimo will refund deducted amount within 10 days
