About Costomer Service (suggestions).

Ive been noticing that the developers are just ignoring the suggestion and comments given by the users. Me on my part ive given lots of simple suggestions but none of them was considered. Indeed to be honest all suggestions cannot be considered and its understandable.

By the way do you like the Toram Costomer service? Me, i don't. Why will we like it if they dont consider atleast one suggestion give by the players. Anyway i wonder what you guys think of the the game Costomer service.

 

You have to be a japanese for them to finally respond to you. That's just how it works, really.

 

Messages may be read and acknowldeged without a response. Imagine trying to write a professional reply to everyone that writes a message to you as a dev.

And to those can't say they do not read messages- after all the topic fuss on modded apks, look at what they did this month. Week to week bans on players using them with more added security measures.

 

Normally a csr support for many companies are handled by like a BPO contractor from countries they prefer that have a lower manpower wage rate. With that being said, our reports, suggestions, comments to support team may only reached the correct authorities maybe on a specific date via a collective reports. We cant really expect an immediate appropriate reply coz most of these 3rd party BPO supports got an automated SOP types of immediate replies. Toram devs listens to its players. If you're the only one suggested the idea, when suggestion will only benefit you or a small amount of players, when suggestion will interfere to their future plans or have a more better plans, maybe thats why they haven't implemented what u suggested.
And with game being international, group of community such as group chats and forums like this should unite players and together raise voices if they want changes. Most group/communities in game not like that. Its for whats the latest bots/mods/cheats, it for expanding networks for RMT, its for helping each other to violate game's TOS

 

They read and they listen, they even held a streaming that show the total comment their collect from the players, multiple quest submission, additional Shortcut key, Combo point increase, multipage combo setup, all this is the comment from use.

Beside, you send them comment/idea doesn’t mean they must apply it. They need to consider about game balance and future expansion, or perhaps what’s you request already in their plan, just not in time yet.
