    What's potential for? Is there any formula to calculate potential growth when lvl up?

    potential is the pet's natural stat growth.
    at each levelup, it's stats will increase by 1% of it's potential.
    in other words, the potential shows the stats at lv100 (excluding free stat points).

    potential can be raised during the discipline phase. (training)
    pet fusion takes the average of the parents' current stats and adds 10% of it to the potential of the fused pet.
