about upgrade equipment

    I have bd armor, and it has 32 potential.

    Why the maximum int that I can add to my armor are only +2 int? and there are still 22 potential left?

    I have seen some people sold w.staff +5int, but why I can add only +2?

    it mean 2 = lvl 20 and 5= 50?

    Yes.
    The level of up-grader affect the stats you can add on your "player crafted equipment".
    But on some certain stats still stuck on 2% or 4%, maybe because the game version itself not updated yet.
