Absolute dodge?

    I just seeing these "absolute dodge" thing on some armor like "soldier armor". So, what's the difference with the normal dodge stat like "flee"?

    the normal dodge rate is dynamic. when your flee is 300 points higher than the monster's hit, you have a dodge rate of 75%. (less if the difference is smaller)

    absolute dodge is static. if you have a 10% rate, it will always be 10% regardless of stats.

    dodge rate and absolute dodge do not stack. each one is checked individually.

    And then the "foresight" skill on the assassin skill.
    The description say "Exceed the limit of your ability to dodge. Lower monster's minimum accuracy and makes it easier to dodge attacks". how's that work?

    the maximum dodge rate is raised from 75 to 85

    What is the basis of the evasion rate and the maximum ?
