Alt accounts are ban-worthy now?

So a friend recently informed how Aso revised how they will detect "bots", apparently there have already been cases where alt accounts (by logging out & then logging into another account on the same device) have been banned. Should I be worried about my own alt & that I might never be able to touch it again?

 

Use another device with a different ip address or internet connection to switch accounts might solve your problem.

 

Having different instances of "devices" may or may not be the workaround. For example, Steam version for one account, mobile for another, and an emulator for another. Different passwords for each account, obviously. (You can change your password in login screen/transfer data)

It would be considered playing on different devices with different passwords, thus not a violation of the EULA (14.1, point "k.")... Though I don't know what exactly does ID consist of, so I don't think I would like to test anything, at least for now.

I'm currently sending an inquiry to Toram's Customer Support about this particular issue. The reply might arrive in a few days, however, since their CS operates on weekdays. If anyone already sent inquiries and received the answer about this topic prior to today, I would also appreciate any related info.

 

Well, this is their reply... I asked other questions aside from this, but they only answered the question regarding multiple accounts.

So, it seems having alt accounts is fine. However, if you get banned due to the system wrongfully detect it as a violation or something, Asobimo won't help you.

 

So they are saying you politely to not use alt accs.
The thing is its not forbidden so they should get ur account back so.

Thank you for let me knowing this, because yesterday my account got trade restriction(Consignment board under maintenance it said, cant use trade or giving). But no marks "penalty level" On the head over my character. I can use any chat mode too.

If I use severals accounts (diferent emails with same password) on one mobile can I be banned?.If i have two mobiles can I log in any of those devices with those accounts (emails) without penalty?

I really hate when support system doesnt respond a sh1t about the answer.

Their response was lacking, yes. However, it could mean that "not providing support for this matter" might include not answering inquiries regarding the details of having multiple accounts; they only said what was necessary and refused to elaborate further. I assume this was also due to "security reasons" as they said some time ago, especially concerning my third question. So it's a way of saying "We won't explain" and "We don't care should anything happen to you" from Asobimo, because of reasons pertaining to the topic.

Regarding logging in to different accounts on the same device, my friends and guildmates have several alt accounts and majority of them are fine currently. Most of their passwords differ and there's no major similarities on their registered account names. Then again, some also got banned, mostly because of exact passwords on all of their accounts and "unusual logging in" (rapidly switching between accounts on the same device). On the topic of same internet connection/IP Address, I don't know much because of varying cases for each person--some got banned, some are safe.

 

Lovely so we still dont know.I dont get why now they got terribly annoying with accounts I use several accs with same passwords as I dont wanna have 5 different password for 5 accs Its easier to have one pass for all accounts.

 

If that the case they are killing the playerbase.So if my sis play this game and she have different mobile different mail but same wifi we both get banned ?

If she using different device, email and password, it should not be targeted by Toram Investigation Team. Connecting on same wifi would not cause any problem as far as I know

 

A lot of players abusing Toram Reward such as 330 Chests, Toram's Livestream Code, Compensation and many more by creating multiple accounts per person.

 

I think toram on 2021 got worst team ever

 

Tiram code most of the times if not all are items u cant get money from.
The 330 chest is almost the same mostly avatars.
Compensation are the only one and the compensation are on their hand to make em not occur.

 

Reward from code often have orb shard or ticket which can be used for gacha gem/piercer or gacha avatars. 330 chest avatars can be recycled into gems

 

1 orb they only gift one orb how they gonna make it worthfit?
