He probably had so many tuyul accounts doing gem runs. Also he wrote in the post "Depost" which I assume means deposit? So it could be that one specific account is just for storing all the stuffs he had.

My two biggest questions though; 1. Is someone gonna buy that? (Probably yes); and 2. Why? I guess we'll never know.

This is why the economy is like how it is- where, for example, one can farm for a full day and not even receive an Xtal drop valued for only 1 or 2 million.

This is why you should always, and persistently report bots, bot spammers, etc.
Yes, this includes those spamming in Sofia. We all know almost everyone does not bother to report them because it feels non impactful in significance and tedious to do.
This includes the mass account farm creation in Debakcy Channel, as well as the mass account raids in Einklang.
Then there are the ones that are more difficult to spot at a glance. Keep an eye on people mass farming high level event bosses in all channels and servers. Devs. have been more lax on mods. after implementing more anti cheat detection measures, but there is still more to address.

I've said this before, but if you cheat, just wait until the day the devs. decide to ban all accounts associated to your IP address. Even further, look forward in having them monitor both gift and trade transactions from the banned modded account and have accounts with such transaction interactions monitored and banned as well.

Likewise, if you buy Soina with real money don't be suprised to see your account banned as well.. If you're that desperate, buy- and actually support the games development, by purchasing Spina off Asimbo's official RMT service.

There so many methods to determine legitimate from non-legitmate transactions. If you're concerned from being mistaken as RMT, then you have nothing to worry about.

Modders have gone out of control since they updated the friendship system. Hence why Toram are dedicating the next month to countering it.

I even quit playing for the last two months as it was just getting ridiculous trying to find a legit party or getting kicked because the party leader was selling mod services at the high difficulty challenge.

But this isn't just a problem in Toram. A lot of games are now overwhelmed by modders etc.

GTA 5 is a good example.
