    My acc have no MANAGE CONTRIBUTION.I cant even add members to the guild why!!

    You need to be an officer. A leader and a vice leader have those. Just check your role in the member info.

    Then how can a member contribute guild points if only leaders and vice have those?

    Maze, chat (but there is a limit), party. Usual stuff.

    Management is basically converting your contribution points. Of course the leaders will have that right.
