Asobimo account

Hi I started playing this at Dec and try to register my account to asobimo account. I realize that I don't get emblem for this because I need to login. The problem is I forget the password for asobimo account. When I try submit again with same email, it says it already registered. Any help?

 

you can access the email account you used, you can reset your password.
tap the "forgot password" button and follow the instructions in the email that will be send to you.

 

The problem is after I submit, I didn't login so there is no forgot password button

Thank you, one more question : how do we know that our acc already registered or submitted to asobimo? I try to submit because I forget this char already registered or not, but the system said this email alreqdy been used

 

if you are not logged into an asobimo account, your game data is not safe.
the moment you log in to any existing asobimo account, it will load the saved game data from that account and erase your current game.
the only thing you can do now is register a new asobimo account. and if your email is already used for another account, you have to create a new email account as well.

 

How can we see if we have asobimo account?

if there is an option to logout, then you are currently logged in to your asobimo account.
