Assassin build questions

    Does weapon dmg factor in arcane strike?
    Does smite increase its dmg?

    I have a few combos and builds in mind:
    mc:Reflex or GSW>arcane strike(sm)
    and a decoy combo. My main thing is taking care of neutral pro with some occasional tempest and defensive abilities for bad situations and solo
