Ava discounts

Do the discounts on chests have a certain schedule ?
Like, sometimes I see it for 11 orbs, sometimes for 15 orbs, sometimes for 20.
I had 11 orbs since yesterday but all chests yesterday and today went for 15 so I started wondering if it has uhh "a pattern"?

 

Usually the first week of the month or a holiday there's a discount. But its completely random though.

 

They usually give better discounts for older avas compared to newer/popular ones.

Also when buying orbs get the 1+2 orbs when its available, you can get the most orbs with the least amount of money that way. More more orbs = more ava!

 

I usually save my orbs for 1 orb deals(trying my luck) and burn my avatar tickets on avatar guarantee offers. All through the years of thrift buying that way even a freeloader like me can amass a good chunk of wardrobe.

 

Nowadays they only do 100% rates on older avas, the stylish avas are always the new ones with minimal discounts and poopy rates.

A few years back they would always do 100% rates on new avas at least once before they remove it from the shop.

 

That was very rare, but back then 1 orb offers is often cycle quite often. My minion knight type C(the green one) is completed using 9 orbs(which is all free) and span of 2 years. Sets that dont have wings in them have higher chance of being completed due to higher rates(wings are overrated imo, and they don't look too pretty when dashing around mid combat)
