I see everyone with avatar equips such as horns, capes and wings.

I realize the capes and horns are drops but by chance does anyone know the purple crystal wings are dropped?

 

By purple crystal wings, do you mean the ones in my avatar picture? If so, they are magic devices(tools), dropped from Eerie Crystal boss in Ithmus.

Hey! Those crystal wings can be a bit rare. They usually drop from special events or limited-time promotions. Keep an eye out for in-game events or check the game's social media for announcements.
