Finale's aggro...well if sneak atk remains unchanged, its not that useful of a change.
I wonder if nega cspd will actually increase the aggro. The damage is nerfed for sure

Shining cross... people will still spam it but its basically the same fate as 2h with anti melee bosses now.

It's Fine As Long As You Like Tenryu. But Not To Worry About Nerfs, You Can Reset If After The Maintenace Because They Will Be Giving Free Skill Reset.
Edit: I'm Using Both Tenryu Ransei And Garyou Tensei. But My Main Skill Is Garyou. I Use Tenryu To Spam And Gain Charge For Garyou. Get It? XD

 

I just realized that they probably wanted to screw Queen Staff users :v I wonder, would negative aggro gears still affect Finale's aggro? Or would they change it so that they won't?
Doesn't matter I don't use Finale anyways.

When's the Decoy nerf??? Come on.

Also why are they buffing halberds? Halberds are OP already, that change is gonna make them even more OP.

I feel like the SC nerf is gonna make it harder for Proto Clarity users, since it has 3m auto range. Welp.. At least Shadowstep has a utility now?

Tenryu will still be main damager and at the same time to build up Garyou's buff until 10. Not taking Tenryu would be stupid I guess.

 

More of a big hit towards mages who don't have a lot of MATK or use Queen's Staff (unless aggro doesn't increase with negative CSPD), although I may be underestimating things. Gonna be a pain to test aggro (press F for @mayam...)

Everyone is laughing and saying that Katana got nerfed hard, probably reveling that those "filthy spammers that ruin proration" will now be playing a "proper, non-spamming class".
I laugh at those imbeciles, because they don't realize that this is a skill CONSTANT nerf that doesn't do too much in the grand scheme of things: the biggest contributor to Katana damage is Two-Handed.

The increase of the distance where damage gets decreased is more than welcome, but increasing the multiplier decrease is overkill. Then again, I may be biased because I'm a filthy DW ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not a good buff. At least, there isn't a nonsensical MP decrease anymore... Still doesn't change the fact that Magic Blade sucks.

A bad rebalance overall: what did need a buff didn't get a proper buff or none at all, what did need a nerf didn't get a proper nerf or none at all. Then there's the unnecessary and useless changes on top.

sorry i cant stand it anymore due to their recent constant shatting on melee-fighters and mega-buttlifto of long range brainless classes.

seriously i haven't seen them touching garyou to see how shatty it is yet,and just tapping the soft surface and pass a dumbass thought "hey! tenryu is unshealthe,odelon is unshealthe! let's make that a reason and nerf the hell out of it.

its better to check it now. The finale aggro. Get finale mage to use finale. And see how many provoke needed to take over the aggro. Then after maintenance test it again. U nees QPS tho...

Also shining cross. The -damage range is actually reduced not increased (‘_’)

Also GSW change only for HB (._.)

 

Its a constant so assuming you have 1.5k atk your damage would decrease like...
12% and its more insignificant the more you have atk

 

Maybe It's Because It's Mainly A HB Skill? LoL *Facepalm* :'(
