Bapho vs guig

As title suggests which would be better for halberd. I use tyrant mask and can afford only 1s.So just need to confirm before getting the xtall. (I already have one guig on my ring)

 

Bapho is probably better. 6% SRD/LRD definitely will be 6% if you're using baph, but guignol's 5% may get diluted by other atk% stats... plus... 6% is more than 5%. Since DT ignores defense 100%, baph is the better choice...

 

damage is based on base atk x cd x range x element afaik. Since Halberd has already high atk i recommend going for baphomela to boost the multiplicator you have less

Should I get crt(through equips or stat points)for halb as I see that my decoy keeps missing and its tough to regain back mp

 

Decoy mp recovery works even without crit as long as Boss is in hit range. If you only Play Dragon tooth as dps-skill then no Need for crit imo as you can just end with meikyou to do normal crit atk. If you use other skills than Dragon tooth crit should be considered

 

R u sure decoy doesn't need crit.against iconos nm. .I kept getting miss everytime

 

Decoy works independent of boss difficulty and crit rate. I just tested it on vene nm by placing a decoy on vene then walking away. My mp still got filled even though i went in without any equip

 

if you wanna be able to hit the boss for proration, use meikyo to end your combo. that will give you 40 more crit (total 70/76 without any crit gear). Decoy gives ampr as long as the boss doesnt evade. even if it misses, you'll still get mp back. If youre worried high motion speed + chronos drive exists (even tho its still quite meh)

 

False. If you do not have enough critical rate your decoy will not hit. Idk what the factors are but I was farming cerbus nm for exp and my decoy hit 1/5 attacks

 

Yes it will miss. But you still gain MP from the missing attack. That's how Decoy Shot work.
