Beginner Asking for Help

How can I increase my damage? the maximum damage I got from my Strike Stab was only 40k/3. my equipment are as follows:
Weap@471+B a7cd7cd19
Arm115+C Fc19
Bear Hat+E w/ Yelb
Muscle Talisman
Can anyone help me with this? tips are highly appreciated!

 

What's your stat distribution? What combo did you use (if you used one)? Did you use any buffs???

 

I followed the Str>Agi as the basis of my stat distrubution. No I haven't used any combos yet because I only have 6 cp(any combos I could make with that?) I also haven't been using any buffs

 

Your asking about strike stab so I'm not sure if your up to lv 150 but if you aren't then work towards it to unlock tier 4 skills.
After that you get dragon tooth(damage skill), God speed wield(buff skill) and chronos dive(extra damage but that's your choice).
Get battle skills if you dont have and take atk up, crit up and intimidating power to max.
And finally get combos, since you dont have enough cp work on that. Combos help with saving mp and increase damage when smite is applied

 

if you don't use use combos, you won't gain any more CP.
6 is actually good (you start with 2). do [1mp skill] > Strike Stab (smite) > [another skill for 1 or 2mp] (consecutive).
this will cost 3mp and Strike Stab will deal 50% more damage.
if you use Deadly Spear as first skill, the cost of Strike Stab will be halved and the total cost is only 2mp, although the execution is slower.

another factor that affects Strike Stab's damage are status ailments. if the target is inflicted with one, Strike Stab will deal more damage.

some potions like Muscle Oil increase your atk stat for 30 minutes.

Based on the equipment, you should have already reached at least lv. 150??? Unless, it's a new acc, but leveling to lv. 150 would be the most obvious choice then. And, how about a Dive Impact combo?

 

im still working on with my level but these threads are a lot of help. Is the Dive Impact combo a new one? coz I haven't seen anything like it before

You need to use combos in order to level your CP; the current max is CP level 18.

 

Speaking of buffs, can any of you guys explain to me the in-depth effects of commonly used buffs by HB users like Quick Aura, GSW, and War Cry?
