(Beginner) I can't collect 'Fairy Feathers' and 'Vine'?

I've been trying to collect Fairy Feather (x3) and Vine (x3) for hours but I haven't gotten any. Everytime I 'killed' the Roar I either get Glowing Dust or EXP. After I 'killed' the Pain Leaf, I only get EXP. So.... help? I'm a beginner btw, I'm on level 24.

 

Hello. If there is a small bag icon on your top left screen, it means your bag is full and you have to discard some items. To discard: tap an item you don't need and there should be a 'discard' button. If the bag is full, it will not receive items. And from your picture, it seems your bag is full. Hope this helps.​

 

Have you cleared your bag? I guess it couldn't take along minutes for those drops.
