Best secondary stat for refinement blacksmith?

Ok, lets say that my blacksmith's tec is maxed and i dont want to craft anything what stats should i put my points on so that it can increase the refinement succes rate?. I've heard dex and int are good but how exactly do they affect the succes rate?

 

The only stat that affect success rate of refining is Tech.

Luck lowers the chance of equipment degradation when refining.

Dex and Int Increases the success chance of Item Synthesis.

Because Tech also raises Success chance of Item Synth and Refine, people usually makes their Synth a refiner too hence why they put Dex or Int.

 

You could raise dex if you're planning to make your tec bs into a synthesis too.
