Blacksmith Guide (Level 100)

hi, im sorry if tihs already been asked before :
i have a bs INT wiith stat distribution 240 INT,60 AGI, 35 TEC. I am currently at prof lvl 83. My char level is 124 and equipments that i use are the same as this thread stated.
what i want to ask is, when i made a staff, rod for example, the max pot i can get is 25. is it normal ? or did i miss something here?.
already took the skill like the guide said.

 

Staff only use int

I'm only interested with Custom Equip, i want to be a statter so i can put my own stats. Do i need pure tech stat for this?

 

Yep. Higher tech = higher pot return whenever you add negative stats so it affects your success rate.

Someone please give me tips for leveling blacksmith refiner from 90-140

 

If you mean Tec smith then use side quests or ask if someone else will let you leech are basically the only two ways for full Tec until level 150 where we'll have enough stat points for 142 secondary stat.

 

I bought a leech service for about 20k/minute and was able to go from 110 to 140 using ~3m spina. Stack up 5 EXP books and pick your party wisely.

Best case scenario is if you have friends willing to leech for you. Make use of the EXP boost from having close levels, or don't level through monsters at all. It took me about five hours but there was a double EXP event going on.

 

I want make katana BS, does anyone know what stat distribution is needed for this BS??

My prof is now 15 and each time I craft Adventurer's Garb I just get 1% of proficiency or many times even "Fail to accquire Blacksmith proficiency". Is it normal and I just need to be patient and continue crafting or did I do something wrong?
My char is:
Lv: 33
Skill: All 3 Anvil skills Lv 10 - Refine Equipemt Lv 5 - Create Equipment Lv 10 - Careful Creation Lv10
Stat: I haven't allocated any points yet because I am still deciding with gears I should specialize on (is this the reason why get low proficiency?)
P/s: I choose a long way which means just increase prof by crafting not relying on TECH stat

making adv garb just makes your prof increase up to 15. So that, you must make another craft with higher diff (ex: rapiers or killer coat) to increase your prof...

And if so, would a stat distribution like this be optimal?

Yes, that is possible and Tec amount is up to you there is no such thing as too much or too little ^^

Will synth prof stay if i switch my bs tec/synth to bs int?

 

As long as you still have enough skill points in the alchemy synth bottles and aren't deleting to restart yes your synth prof will stay but your success rate while synthing may be lower.
