bow vs bowgun

Re-tested again with crit stat character, 255 dex and 82 crit (instead of 82 str).
setup:

passive skills are lower since this character has Martial skills. Shot mastery is down from 10 to 5. Atk up, Whack, Crit up and Intimidating Power are down from all 10 to 5-5-10-0 on this character thus less damage.

also switched from Mithril arrow to Artisan arrow since the former gives a bit more damage to bows

TL;DR seems like having high amount of Crit helped bowgun a lot finally surpassing bow with average damage. For some reason armor break occurred on all 10 shots with bow but only twice or thrice with bowgun earlier lol.

 

Would you mind doing a comparison with the new anniv V equips?

would love to try the new weapons but I'm currently on hiatus from Toram till I get tired of Stormblood update from ffxiv.
